"I broke a tooth while on vacation and have no local dentist yet. Called Sycamore Family Dentistry to see if they take emergency’s. They got me in within the hour. X-rays, sealant and another appointment for a crown within 45 minutes. The dental hygienist, Denise, was great!! I have a sensitive gag reflex and she did an amazing job getting me focused on other things while she got the x-rays. Everyone in the office was very friendly and reassuring. Looks like I found my local dentist!"

"I had some dental anxiety and hadn't visited a dentist in more time than I'm willing to admit. I finally made an appointment after some nudging from my wife and I couldn't be happier that I did. Dr. Sheppard and the dental hygienist, Cindy were both nothing but professional, caring, compassionate, and non-judgmental. They gave me a ton of great advice for dental care and also gave me some options for some cosmetic improvements to my teeth. I have a bit of work to get done, so I have to go back, but I can honestly say I'm looking forward to going back and getting the work done. My teeth already look noticeably better after the thorough cleaning done by Cindy, and I didn't experience any pain during the cleaning. To anyone putting off going to the dentist or anyone looking for a dentist in general, I cant recommend Dr. Sheppard and his staff enough, they will take care of you."

"My first visit with hopewell family dentistry today was amazing. From the time I checked in I was greeted with smiling faces and welcome to their facility, both the dental assistant as well as the dentist himself was very thorough and very informative about all the work that would need to be done. What I love the most was that they continue to ask me throughout my sessions with them if there were any questions or any concerns about my consultation and x-rays and information given of the work that I would need to get done and assured that I was set with all my appointments leading up to my next session with them. The staff was awesome even as I left wishing me the best with a big smile! It’s a very comfortable environment. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to get dental services, they are booked up for almost a month out but go figure they are so good at what they do. We were able to schedule appointments that allowed all of us to get a cleaning back to back and they were very understanding when the 2 year old was scared of tools, even showed him what each one did before sticking it in his mouth as well as letting him be in "way" when it came to my turn. "This is by far one of the best dentist I have ever been too. I was having issues with a lower back tooth for at least a couple years. I bought up the issue with my then dentist. They took X-rays and said it was fine. But I still was experiencing sensitivity to cold and if I bit down on food just right it would hurt. I decided to go to another dentist. I saw Dr Sheppards reviews and decided to make an appointment with Hopewell Family Dentistry. I was super impressed first visit because he diagnosed my tooth problem immediately. I had a crack in that tooth. He showed me a picture of it even. Also, Dr Sheppard and his staff take great care with their patients. They are friendly and you never have to wait long at all. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone."
